Solution
To resolve the aforesaid error, you must add the following two tags within the BANKALLOCATIONS tag :

<PAYMENTMODE>Transacted</PAYMENTMODE>
<NAME>a-unique-alpha-numeric-value</NAME>

The complete BANKALLOCATIONS XML tag will look like this :-
