Terms & Conditions
-Support Service charges are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
-Support Service charges are to be paid 100% in advance. Refer http://www.rtslink.com/buy.html
for payment modes.
-Support Services shall provided by email only (or by remote support using Crossloop
or Teamviewer).
-Support Services are provided for limited period (in cases of XQueries) or on per-call
basis.

Charges
Writing XQueries
- Writing XQueries for transferring data from Tally (or XML datafile) to MS-Excel
or other databases.
- Two time modifications in the XQueries.
- Support Services for 45 days.
- XQueries shall provided in plain text or decrypted-form as per requirement.
- Delivery period 2 to 4 days

Per-call basis
- Support for solving any queries / issues relating to RTS-XQuery Freemium (online
remote support only)
- Support availability : Online/Email Support subject to a lead-time of 48 hrs maximum
- A Support-Call shall be treated as closed 24 hrs after successful completion of
the task. Request for support after 24 hrs shall be treated as a separate Support-call.
1st time - Rs 1500/- (USD 40/-)
2nd time* - Rs 750/- to Rs 1500/-
(USD 20/- to USD 40/-)

Valid if within 3 months from last call.
