• How do I join the Online Training Sessions ?
  
  There are two ways to join the Online Training Sessions :-
  
  a) Join the training session using the Teamviewer Quick_Join module (Recommended)
      - Download Teamviewer Quick_Join
      - Run the Teamviewer Quick_Join module and enter the Meeting ID
  
  b) Join the training session using Web-browser (Flash 10 is required)
      - Open the URL in web-browser https://go.teamviewer.com
      - Enter the Meeting-ID and click the "Join meeting" button
  
  
• Where do I get the Meeting ID ?

• Where can I get the Schedule (date, timings)  for the Online Training Sessions ?

• Which topics are covered in these Online Training Sessions ?
  
  The Online Training Sessions are designed to help you to use our softwares more productively. In other words, the Online Training Sessions cover topics relating to the softwares / products offered by Shweta Softwares.

• Are the Online Training Sessions free or chargeable ?
  
  Some are Free and some are chargeable. Please refer the training schedule for more details.
  
  
• Are the Online Training Sessions covered under the "Money back guarantee" scheme ?
  
  Yes. The MBG scheme applies to Online Training Sessions also. Participants can claim full refund of the amount paid subject to a nominal charge for administrative purpose.
  
  
• Are the Online Training Sessions available to all Customers ?
  
  Yes. However, Customers outside India will not be covered under the "Money back guarantee" scheme.

• How do I register for the Free Online Training Session ?
  
  No registration is required for the FREE training sessions. You need to simply log-on to the link few minutes before the scheduled training time. Participants shall be allowed on First-cum-first-serve basis.
  
  
• How do I register for the Paid Online Training Session ?
  
  You must send us a request by email with the following details :-
  - Meeting ID, Date, timings which you want to attend
  - Payment details
  
  Next, we shall provide you a link (Meeting ID, password) by email to attend the training session.
  
  
• I could not attend the Online Training Session due to some reason ? Can I attend some other session in future ?
  
  Yes, subject to that you seek approval from Shweta Softwares.
  
  
• What if the Online Training Session cannot not be conducted due to some or the other reason ?
  
  In such cases, the training session shall be organized once again at the earliest and participants shall be provided an option to attend the same or full refund shall be provided at the earliest.
